Batting Cages are Open
Sign-ups for batting cages has gone digital once again. Team managers are allowed to reserve one batting cage up to ONE week in advance. Cages are open Mondays through Sundays. Check the calendar for available time slots.
Cage #1: Closest to PO2 is for softball teams only
Cage #2: Middle cage is for baseball teams only
Cage #3: Closest the the street is for coach pitch baseball / softball teams. There is NO pitching machine available in this cage.
While teams have priority, any PHBA team member(s) may use a cage if available. You may not reserve a cage in advance if not as a team. Please contact your division commissioners about any questions or concerns you may have.
Are the cages for teams only or are parents allowed to sign up to bring their child?
Teams have priority; however, if a cage is open, any PHBA team member(s) may use the cage. You just cannot reserve one in advance though.
Thank you Raul,
My son is PHBA Baseball league. If we come by and no one is using/signed up for Cage 2 or 3, we can use it for the hour?
Also, to figure out if the cage is taken or not, is the process to look at the online batting cage sign up and if there is a gray square available to sign up for a cage for a particular time…that means no one has signed up yet and it is available? I get it parents can’t schedule in advance but good to know if it might be available before driving over.
And if the schedule is blank or missing the gray sign up square for a cage, that means the cage is already taken? We are new! Thanks in advance for clarifying.
That is correct. Any PHBA player(s) can use a cage for the hour if it has not been reserved by a team. You are also correct about how to read the cage scheduling calendar. We just ask that you return all equipment as found it. Good luck!
The link to cages signup takes me to a blank page. I’ve tried from mobile and desktop. Any suggestions?
I sent you an email from my PHBA account to troubleshoot.
