We are hosting a free clinic for all softball players playing in our Pioneer and American divisions.

This clinic will teach the players some basic softball pitching skills and mechanics. Parents are welcome to attend so that they can also learn these skills. You do not need to pre-register. Please just come if you want to.

This is a free clinic, but we are asking for a donation of canned food that will be given to the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano (foodbankccs.org)

Who: All Softball players playing in our Pioneer and American divisions (ages 7-10). They must have registered either for last year or for the upcoming 2025 spring season.

When: Sunday, 10/20/24

Where: Pleasant Oaks Park Field 4

Time: 10:00am – 11:00am

Please have your player bring their softball gear and have them dressed and prepared for a softball workout (glove, water bottle, bat, helmet, etc).

WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR COACHES TO HELP WITH THIS. To do so, you must be an approved/badged coach from last year. Coaches, please reach out to Rod (contact info below) if you would like to participate.

If the weather is bad, we will reach out before the clinic to update whether we will proceed.
