Hi PHBA Families! If you are a new player, or a new or returning coach for the 2025 season, please plan to join us at our second registration walkthrough, located at the PHBA Conference Room (double doors next to men’s restroom and snack shack) at the Pleasant Oaks Fields. You only need to drop in between the times listed.

These events are the perfect opportunity for new and returning PHBA families to ask questions, verify the age of new players, meet board members, check out volunteer opportunities, and sign up to coach or umpire!

WHO MUST ATTEND?

  • Guardians of all new players to the League!
    • You will need to provide proof of age. You simply need to show us a copy of the birth certificate during the walk-thru. We will NOT keep a copy.
  • Coaches!
    • Coaches must attend one walk-thru as part of their registration. Oliver Greenwood, our head commissioner, will be waiting for you! Please see the information below about registering BEFORE your arrival.
  • Future Volunteers!
    • If you are interested in coaching, umpiring, joining a committee or have questions about volunteering opportunities, come join us. We’ll be here to answer any questions regarding volunteering and the Service Hours commitment.
  • Potential Sponsors!
    • If you or someone you know is interested in sponsoring our League and have questions, please come by to chat.
