ALL managers/coaches NEW to PHBA, NEW to Pioneer and Above divisions, or existing manager/coaches are encouraged to attend this overview of our umpire program.

This clinic is not intended to make managers/coaches umpires (Unless a sudden urge overcomes someone ;o) ).  This overview is designed to give managers and coaches a better understanding of what it takes to be an umpire at PHBA.  How the Umpire Leadership Team (ULT) trains our umpires, our expectations of the parent volunteer as an umpire, and how umpires perform their job.
