    • Important: If your player is interested in playing up a division, please email the following commissioners that your player is attending Evaluation Day for an opportunity to play up:
      • The division commissioner that your player is currently registered in
      • The division commissioner that your player wants to play up to
      • And CC our head commissioner, Peddy Khatami (email linked)
      • Our list of commissioners and their emails are on our commissioners page and they are ordered from left to right from the youngest divisions to the oldest divisions (i.e. softball instructional is the youngest and softball western is the oldest)

Your player does NOT need to attend evaluations if they are a returning PHBA player from last season and playing in the league they are automatically registered in.

This is a low-pressure, quick, and drop-in event to help us create balanced teams. Players will play catch, hit, and pitch (if they are an experienced pitcher) with one of our Division Commissioners for a few minutes. All players are expected to dress in appropriate athletic attire (including cleats) and bring their equipment (including gloves, bat, and helmet). Equipment will be provided if your player does not have any. Your player will be given an opportunity to warm up prior to going through evaluations.

Only registered and waitlisted players will be evaluated. If your player is not currently registered or waitlisted, please proceed through player registration (the form is linked) and if the division is sold/maxed out, please add your player to the waitlist.
