If you would like to volunteer as a Manager or Coach, please take a moment to complete your registration using this link.

Reminder – To be eligible to manage or coach at PHBA, you must complete the following:

  1. PHBA Volunteer Waiver Form and Background Check
  2. DOJ LiveScan
  3. Heads Up Training (Concussion Protocols)
  4. Child Abuse Prevention Training
  5. Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training
  6. Positive Coaching Alliance Training
  7. Attendance to at least two of the advertised Coach Clinics (additional clinics available)
  8. Obtain your PHBA Badge (a Photo ID that is required at every game)
    1. No badge = no participation at games and practices
