Third and Final Walk-Thru For NEW Players & ALL Coaches On January 10, 2026!

If you missed out on November’s and December’s walk-thru, please plan to join us for our FINAL Walk-Thru in January. This is a requirement if you are a new player, or a new or returning coach for the 2026 season. You do not need to attend if you already attended either one of the walk-thrus in the last two months.

DATE: Saturday, January 10, 2026

TIME: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

  • Please drop by at any time between 9am – 11am (This a drop-in event and will not take more than a few minutes.)

LOCATION: PHBA Conference Room at the Pleasant Oaks Fields (behind the Snack Shack, attached is a photo below for reference)

 

WHO MUST ATTEND? 

  • Parents/Guardians of all new players to the League! 
    • Parents/Guardians of all new players and players that are returning after a leave of one or more seasons must show the player’s proof of age (birth certificate or passport). We do not keep your documents. Players are not required to be present.
      • Any trusted person (grandparent, friend, neighbor, etc.) can do this verification in your place if you are unable to attend.
      • We will not keep your documents. We only visually verify information and hand them back to you.
  • All Coaches! 
    • Coaches must attend one walk-thru as part of their registration and show your ID (ID, DL, or passport).
    • Interested in coaching or managing? Be sure to visit the Coach & Manager Line to show your ID and get answers to any questions.
      • We do not keep your documents. We only visually verify information and hand them back to you.
  • Future Volunteers! 
    • If you are interested in coaching, umpiring, joining a committee, or have questions about volunteering opportunities, come join us. We’ll be here to answer any questions regarding volunteering and the League Service Hours commitment.
  • Potential Sponsors!
    • If you or someone you know is interested in sponsoring our League and have questions, please come by to chat.
