BEGINNER SOFTBALL PITCHING CLINIC

This is an introductory clinic to teach proper softball pitching mechanics. You do not need to pre-register. Please just come if you want to:

 

Who: All SOFTBALL players registered in our Pioneer and American SOFTBALL leagues (ages 7-10)

When: Sunday, Oct. 19 from 10:00am – 11:30am

Where: PHMS Field 2. This is the small pioneer field at the middle school just behind the school building, across the street from Pleasant Oak Park

 

This is a free clinic, but we are asking for a donation of canned food that will be given to the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano (foodbankccs.org)

Please have your player bring all of their gear and have them dressed and prepared for a workout (they especially need to have a water bottle). A parent or guardian MUST stay for the clinic in case their child needs them. If the weather is bad, we will reach out before the clinic to update on if we will proceed.

WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR COACHES TO HELP WITH THIS. To do so, you must be an approved/badged coach from last year. Coaches, please reach out to Rod Bassler (rodrickab@yahoo.com) if you would like to participate or have any questions. Thank you.
