This clinic is postponed due to the rainy forecast for the rest of the week. We will reschedule a date and let you know when we have the details.

 

Hi PHBA families, we are hosting a free clinic for ALL BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL players.

This clinic will teach the players how to slide and ideas for practicing sliding. You do not need to pre-register. Please just come if you want to. A parent or guardian MUST stay for the clinic in case their child needs them.

This is a free clinic, but we are asking for a donation of canned food that will be given to the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano (foodbankccs.org).

Who: All players registered for the upcoming 2025 spring season.

When: Sunday, 11/24/2024

Where: PO5 OUTFIELD GRASS, between the PO5 diamond and the playground area.

When:
9:00am – 9:30am: All players registered for in our Instructional and Intermediate leagues (ages 4-7)

9:45am – 10:15am: All players registered for in our Pioneer and American leagues (ages 8-10)

10:30am – 11:00am: All players registered for in our National and Western leagues (ages 11-18)

Please have your player bring all of their gear and have them dressed and prepared for a workout. They especially need to have a water bottle and a helmet. We will have extra helmets for kids that need them. Please make sure they are also wearing baseball pants or jeans/long pants – NO SHORTS.

If the weather is bad, we will reach out before the clinic to update on if we will proceed.

WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR COACHES TO HELP WITH THIS. To do so, you must be an approved/badged coach from last year. Coaches, please reach out to Rod Bassler (rodrickab@yahoo.com) if you would like to participate or have any questions.
