Managers & Coaches

we believe in the power of great preparation and positive coaching!

Each team is assigned one manager and two coaches. Additional assistant coaches may participate, but only the manager and two coaches qualify for fulfilling the League Service Hours (LSH) commitment.

Any adult interacting with players needs to be badged. If you plan on obtaining a badge, even if you do not plan on actively being on the field, you must complete badging requirements listed below:

Once all requirements are met, a PHBA badge/sticker will be issued to each manager/coach which must be worn at all games and practices. A new badge is not necessary every year, but a new sticker is required every year for every coach. All adults interacting with players need to be badged/stickered, even if you do not plan on actively coaching.

See the League Calendar for published badge & sticker pick-up dates. Wear your PHBA badge with pride! You must have it visible at all PHBA events, practices, and games.
