Virtual Walk Thru!

If one thing is certain for 2020, its that we are all going with the flow! Traditionally, PHBA would host what we call a “walk-thru” every December. This event, is a great opportunity for new PHBA families to meet board members, ask questions, verify the age of new players and sign up to volunteer, coach or umpire! It’s kind of our “first pitch” to the new season! We had originally, decided to make this event a “drive thru” to allow proper social distancing. But, we are going with the flow and have now made our walk thru a virtual event, allowing you to attend from the comfort of your home! (jammies allowed)

WHO NEEDS TO ATTEND? 

• A guardian of all new player(s) to the league. You will need to provide proof of age, by showing us the player’s birth certificate. (this will be done in breakout rooms, be sure to have a copy of your players birth certificate ready to show a board member).
• Coaches! Coaches must attend one walk thru. Oliver Greenwood, our head commissioner will be waiting for you!
• Future Volunteers! If you are interested in coaching, umpiring, sponsoring, joining a committee or even have questions about what volunteering or LAFF consists of… come join the meeting! Our league’s success is because we are all #PHBAFamily and our help throughout the season is invaluable.

Typically we host 2 walk thru’s… If you are unable to attend this Saturday or register after the 12th of December- we will be adding another date to attend a virtual walk thru as the registration numbers increase.  As I said, we are all going with the flow!
