Background Checks keep our players safe!

Every manager and coach in PHBA is required to complete a live scan by December 15, 2020 in order to be assigned to a team for the Spring 2021 season.

It is important to get this complete. The best part is that PHBA pays for it!

We have partnered with the the following live scan partner to provide this service for the 2021 season. Please complete your live scan as soon as possible. Please print and complete this form prior to heading to the Live Scan Office.

The UPS Store in Walnut Creek located at 2872 Ygnacio Valley Rd, WC 94598

Let them know you are there representing PHBA as a new coach.

If you have completed a LIVE SCAN for PHBA in the past couple years, you do NOT need to repeat this process.

We look forward to seeing you all on the field!

Where do you sign up for being a coach/manager?

    I don’t see any link for that…

    Jim,

    The link is below:

We know there are a bunch of you ready to coach, whether we end up in providing camps or a full season this spring. Please complete the registration using this link: https://go.teamsnap.com/forms/248027

    A few things to know:

You will be required to upload a personal photo during your coach registration. We want to make sure your player can see you friendly faces!
If you have not completed a Live Scan for PHBA in the past, you will be required to complete one before December 20, 2021. We are working out the details on the location. We will take care of the fee for all new coaches and managers.
Coaching clinics are being planned and will be listed on the league calendar on the website. Please check back frequently for updates to the calendar.
We look forward to seeing you all on the fields!

    Respectfully,

    Jim Libby

How do we know if we need to do this? I’m pretty sure I’ve done this a few times, but I didn’t do in in December.
