This clinic will teach the players how to slide and ideas for practicing sliding. You do not need to pre-register for the clinic. Please just come if you want to and have your player bring all their gear and prepare them for a baseball/softball workout.

This is a free clinic, but we are asking for a donation of canned food that will be given to the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano.

WHO:

All baseball/softball players registered for the upcoming 2024 spring season. Players from all divisions are welcome to attend.

PHMS 1. This is the large field behind the middle school, next to the tennis courts, and across the street from Pleasant Oaks Park.

TIME:

Instructional and Intermediate divisions:

9:00 am – 9:30am

Pioneer and American:

9:45am – 10:15am

National and Western:

10:30am – 11:00am
