This clinic will teach the players skills and techniques to navigate the framework of the advanced baserunning rules of our older baseball leagues. You do not need to pre-register for the clinic. Please just come if you want to and have your player bring all their gear and prepare them for a baseball workout.

This is a free clinic, but we are asking for a donation of canned food that will be given to the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano.

WHO:

Baseball players playing in our National and Western leagues (ages 11-15). They must be registered for the upcoming 2024 spring season.

PHMS 1. This is the large field behind the middle school, next to the tennis courts, and across the street from Pleasant Oaks Park.

TIME:

9:00 am – 11:00am
