PHBA SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES & BENEFITS
Thank you for your support of the Pleasant Hill Baseball Association. PHBA depends on the generosity and the support of local businesses and individuals such as you to help buy new safe equipment, repair fields, supply player scholarships, and provide quality training/clinics for players, coaches and umpires.
We are entering our 53rd year of providing quality youth baseball and softball to boys and girls ages 4 through 17. Our mission statement, “Every Kid Plays”, affords children from all over Contra Costa County the opportunity to participate, regardless of their skill level. We also offer scholarship opportunities and equipment donations to children whose families are not able to afford league fees. We will have over 1,200 kids playing this year.
Sponsorship is an investment in these 1,200 kids and a marketing opportunity for your business. Sponsorship is a great way to achieve widespread visibility, demonstrate support for the community, and attract potential customers. Sponsors are recognized through signage, print advertising to 40,000 households via the Pleasant Hill Community Focus, publication to 500 families and businesses via our annual yearbook, and on our league website www.phba.org.
PHBA is a member of the Positive Coaching Alliance and provides training to our volunteer coaches. We are an IRS reg. 501(C)(3) non-profit corporation and your generous donation may qualify for a charitable donation.
HOW TO SPONSOR AND/OR ADVERTISE
Opportunities for 2013 sponsorships are now available. Sponsorships for the 2013 season can be secured now by completing the form at the bottom of this page and providing it with payment to the mailing address at the bottom of the form, or by dropping it off during league sign-ups.
In addition to traditional sponsorships, we are also offering a new opportunity- signage advertising on our field backstops (available in 2x4 or 4x8 dimensions).
